The interface is not very convenient for an inexperienced user. The platform offers up to 200 currencies for exchange and does not allow you to add the necessary ones to your favorites. As a result, you have to search for the required token every time, although there is a search bar.

A much more obvious disadvantage is that there are no popular ways to top up your balance. There are no modern options, for example there is no option to transfer money through Neteller or PayPal. The average commission for input is three percent.

How to top up your account on the exchange?

To top up your balance with any currency, you need to go to the “Finance” tab of your personal account. Verified CEX.IO users have access to fiat deposits in several ways:

USD, EUR, GBP – by Visa and MasterCard cards, bank transfer and through the CryptoCapital system;
RUB – payment card.

For unverified users, there is a limit on the amount of input and output - no more than 1000 USD, 1000 EUR, 800 GBP and 60,000 RUB daily, and no more than 3,000 USD, 3,000 EUR, 2,000 GBP and 180,000 RUB monthly. After a basic level of verification, these restrictions are removed. The input is processed within 14 banking days.
